Warrants most of our products for 2 years from date of order.
2. Does provide free samples?
It depends on different situation. Usually when we offer free sample to customer, they will offer freight cost. Please contact us via email or tel. for more detailed information.
3. Do you have other LED lighting products not on your website?
Yes, please contact us for our latest LED lighting catalogue! Because we develop 2-3 new products each year. We will introduce new products to our customers by professional specification.
4. I need a special LED product , is there something you can help with?
We have been making LED products for private label clients. We have designed LED products according to customers demands. Contact us to discuss your special needs, we will help you to provide solutions for your special needs.
5. Does YINO offer OEM package with customer’s Logo?
Yes, we do. The normal package is in neutral. If customer wants to package the products with his own Logo, we can arrange it according customer’s requirements and design. Customer should offer the related specific requirements and infomation. And it will generate an extra printing cost due to customers.
6. What’s your delivery time for sample and bulk production?
Sample: within 2 days and sometimes upon once confirming and receiving the sample cost.
Bulk goods: 7-10 days for neutral package orders; 22-25 days for OEM orders;
7. What’s your payment terms?
It depends different situation. But our standard one is 30% deposit before production, 70% before shipment.
